A cloud moves away
among the silence of scarves
dreaming of its triumph
abstracted, distracted,
above silver poplars
and crystalline water.
Life awakened
diaphanous and wanderer,
the golden promise
ending with the dream
of the distant sun,
a waning moon,
Codex of the night,
as the empty street glows
for the time is gone…

Se aleja una nube
entre silencio de pañuelos
soñando en su triunfo
abstraída, distraída,
sobre álamos de plata
y aguas cristalinas.
Despertó la vida
diáfana y errante,
la promesa áurea
que termina con el sueño
de un sol distante,
luna menguante,
códice de la noche,
donde la calle vacía brilla
por el tiempo que se ha ido…

Luna

My eyes remember you
in a bend of horizon
as your lips treasure
what is already distant
in an ocean of rubbing
and whispers moving away
beyond this abysmal curve
fearful at the arrival of love.

Mis ojos te recuerdan
en un recodo del horizonte
mientras tus labios atesoran
lo que ya esta distante,
en un océano de roces
y susurros que se alejan
mas allá de esta curva abismal
temerosa a la llegada del amor.

Aeolian petals / Pétalos eólicos

Sometimes I hear silence
just like a tight buzzing
which extends beyond
the Moon in her turns.

And drowned by such a height
so I go shedding, fugitive,
pulling my feet off the ground
to be acclaimed by the clouds.

Until here I stray this life
Alive! on a scarlet piece
where consciousness is gone.

Dipped in the vague longing
from that sensation of sunset
ended as I opened my eyes…

A veces oigo al silencio
como un zumbido tirante
que se extiende mas allá
de la luna con su viraje.

Y ahogado por tanta altura
me voy desprendiendo, fugaz,
alejando mis pies de la tierra
para ser aclamado por las nubes.

Hasta aquí me alejó esta vida
¡Vivo! sobre un pliego escarlata
en donde la conciencia se esfuma.

Sumergido en el vago anhelo
de aquella sensación de ocaso
que terminó cuando abrí los ojos…

Pearlescent tear / Lagrima nacarada

A tear fell upon her cheek
floating like a pearlescent drop
eerily falling over her soul

White houses made of worn out cards
become frayed under the loom of the moon
plying hapless for a fleeting delirium

Immensely lonely in the night sky
Lost in the solitude of an infinite void
with a taciturn weight at each lockstitch

Among visions of eternity and misery
the great pearl of the night turns off tranquil
while beyond the constellations hesitate

In an ocean devouring her untimely footsteps
that go flickering with great force as they kiss
dying without illusions at dawn over the moon.

Una lágrima cayó sobre su mejilla
flotando como una gota nacarada
cayendo misteriosamente sobre su alma

Casas blancas de naipes desgastados
se deshilachan bajo el telar de la luna
surcando desdichadas un fugaz desvarío

Inmensamente sola en el cielo nocturno
perdida en la soledad de un vacío infinito
con peso taciturno en cada pespunte

Entre visiones de eternidad y desdicha
la gran perla de la noche se apaga tranquila
mientras mas allá las constelaciones vacilan

En un océano devorando sus huellas prematuras
que van titilando con gran fuerza al besarse
muriendo sin ilusión alguna al alba sobre la Luna.
