A cloud moves away
among the silence of scarves
dreaming of its triumph
abstracted, distracted,
above silver poplars
and crystalline water.
Life awakened
diaphanous and wanderer,
the golden promise
ending with the dream
of the distant sun,
a waning moon,
Codex of the night,
as the empty street glows
for the time is gone…

Se aleja una nube
entre silencio de pañuelos
soñando en su triunfo
abstraída, distraída,
sobre álamos de plata
y aguas cristalinas.
Despertó la vida
diáfana y errante,
la promesa áurea
que termina con el sueño
de un sol distante,
luna menguante,
códice de la noche,
donde la calle vacía brilla
por el tiempo que se ha ido…
